Shaista Pervaiz Malik is a Pakistani politician who served in the National Assembly of Pakistan from December 2021 to August 2023. She formerly served in the National Assembly from June 2013 to May 2018 and again from August 2018 to October 2021.

Shaista Pervaiz Malik secured her place in the National Assembly during the 2013 Pakistani general election, representing the Pakistan Muslim League (N) (PML-N) on a women’s reserved seat from Punjab.

Re-election in 2018

She clinched re-election in the 2018 Pakistani general elections, maintaining her seat as a PML-N candidate in a reserved women’s seat from Punjab.

Resignation for NA-133 By-elections

In October 2021, she relinquished her seat to participate in the NA-133 by-elections.
Victory in NA-133 By-polls

Participating in the NA-133 by-polls on December 5, 2021, she emerged triumphant, outpacing PPP’s Aslam Gill with a significant 14,498-vote margin.
