This E-Care Portal was designed by Mobilink to make it easier for consumers to get minor information about their numbers without having to go to the Jazz Experience Centre. Customers can see all of their account information, including phone history for Mobilink numbers, SMS history, and Internet history, in one place.

Account Signup
Signing up is necessary before you can access your jazz E-care account, you can easily register for Jazz E-Care by following the below mentioned instructions:
- visit the website for Jazz E-Care
- Click on the Mobilink Connect Login button when the website first appears.
- To sign into your Jazz E-Care Account, please provide the right mobile number and then click Next.
- A text message will be sent to you once your registration is successful.
- Type 1 in response to the received message for confirmation.
- You will receive a special verification code on your Mobilink Number in a little while.
- Your login information will then be sent to you by text message. You’ve now successfully registered your Mobilink Jazz ECare Account, so that’s all! To check your call, SMS, internet history, and other information, you can now quickly sign in to the Mobilink Jazz ECare Portal.
