How to Get the EOBI Sahulat Card:

Getting the EOBI Sahulat Card involves two distinct processes one for employers and another for workers. 

Registration for Employers:  As per the law, all employers must register themselves with EOBI within thirty days of getting eligible. Once registered, the employer compiles a complete list of workers, ensuring that each individual receives the enrollment card.  

Registration for workers:  In most cases, registered associations handle the hand enrollment process. The EOBI website offers detailed instructions for employers to register both new and old workers into the system. It’s essential to understand the difference between old and new workers;  

  • Old workers’ individualities with previous EOBI enrollment through once employment.  
  • New workers are generally fresh graduates with no previous EOBI records.  

Necessary Documents for the EOBI Sahulat Card:

To be eligible for the EOBI Sahulat Card, you need to ensure your documents are in order. The specific conditions vary depending on whether you’re an insured existent or a departed insured individual   

For insured individualities (Alive):  

  • EOBI enrollment card Pl- 03 (if available)  
  • Certificate/ evidence of employment  
  • Copy of CNIC  

For departed ensured individualities   

  • EOBI enrollment card Pl- 03 (if available)  
  • Certificate/ evidence of employment  
  • Copy of CNIC  
  • Nikkah Nama of the partner  
  • Death permit issued by NADRA 
  • Proof of relation with the  departed (FRC issued by NADRA)  

It’s important to note that you can only gain an EOBI Sahulat Card if you have an EOBI enrollment and cleave to EOBI rules and regulations.  

Claim Your EOBI through ONLINE:

EOBI has lately digitized its records and database, making it easier than ever to claim your collected pension fund and check it online. To automatically admit an EOBI Sahulat Card, you must be registered with the EOBI database. 

  1. Visit the EOBI website at www.obi.gov.pk.  
  2. Click on” Distinct Information” and check your EOBI Registering figure by your CNIC.  
  3. All prospective pensioners are now listed in the online database. 
  4. Once you find your details online, submit the needed documents (related to the table) to make your claim.  
  5. Send all documents to your nearest original EOBI office.  
  6. You can also post your documents to the Office of Director General (Operations), 3rd bottom, EOBI House (Ex Awami Markaz), Main Shahrah-e-Faisal, and Karachi.  
  7. After EOBI verifies your documents, you’ll admit a Pension Claim form.  
  8. Fill out the form and submit it to your Regional Office.  
  9. The EOBI will begin the claim process, and you will admit your pension as soon as possible.
