Needed Attestation for Carrying a Juvenile Card:
To gain a Juvenile Card, certain documents are essential, and their specifics depend on whether the child formerly possesses a CRC/ B- Form or not.
For Children without a CRC/ B- Form: the following documents are needed if a child is being registered with NADRA for the first time and doesn’t have a CRC/ B- Form.
- Presence of the minor.
- Attendance of a blood relation or guardian with a valid CNIC.
- Birth document or academy document (for children who are 10 or over).
- Biometric verification of a parent, blood relative, guardian, or an attested motorized NADRA form from a gazette government officer of grade 16 or over.
For Children who have a CRC/ B- Form: still, the following documents are necessary if a child formerly possesses a CRC/ B- Form.
- Presence of the minor.
- Original CRC/ B- Form.
- Attendance of a blood relation or guardian with a valid CNIC.
- Biometric verification of a parent, blood relation, guardian, or an attested motorized NADRA form from a gazette government officer of grade 16 or over.
It’s important to note that the motorized NADRA form will be handed by a NADRA representative at the NADRA Registration Center once they enter and corroborate the child’s data.
Way for the operation Process:
Applying for a Juvenile Card is a straightforward process and can be completed at any nearby NADRA Registration Center (NRC).
Step 1: Allocation of Tokens:
Upon arriving at the NADRA enrollment center, you’ll be issued a commemorative with a unique number, and you will be asked to stay until your token number is called.
Step 2: Verification of Documents:
When your token number is called, go to your assigned counter, where a NADRA representative will corroborate your parent’s documents.
Step 3: Biometric Data Collection:
The minor’s snap, fingerprints, and signature will be collected.
Step 4: Data Entry:
Your information will be entered into the system, and you will submit a hard copy of the form for review.
Step 5: Fee Payment:
