PhD Food and Nutrition is a two- to five-year degree program that includes coursework, practical training, and a research thesis. The degree program’s goal is to deliver a high-quality degree program that focuses on research-based prevention approaches for a wide range of preventable food and nutritional disorders. It focuses on in-service health practitioners and nutritional professionals who are dedicated to providing community nutrition care. The PhD program in food systems, microbiology, and food chemistry will provide students with educational and research opportunities.
