How to Get an Easypaisa Debit Card
First Method
- You can order the debit card via smartphone or by phoning the Easypaisa helpdesk. To order a debit card through the mobile app, follow the steps outlined below.
- Run the Easypaisa mobile app on your smartphone. (If you don’t already have the mobile app, you can download it from the Play Store or App Store).
- After logging in, select “My account”.
- When you tap on it, you’ll see the “order new debit card” option. Tap on it.
- Next, touch on “order your debit card” and select the card you want.
- After picking up the card, click “Order now”.
- In the following stage, you will be prompted to input your address, area, and city.
- Tap the Proceed button once you’ve input all of the information.
- Finally, hit “confirm and pay” to receive your Easypaisa debit card.
Note: After confirmation, a 500 card fee will be debited from your Easypaisa mobile account. If you do not have enough funds in your account, your debit card request will be denied.
Your debit card will be delivered to you in 15 business days.
2nd Method

- Users with Telenor SIM cards must dial 3737, while those using other networks must dial 042-111-003737 from their mobile devices.
- The call center staff will ask for your address and your permission to deduct the card fee from your mobile wallet.
- And that’s it! Within 15 working days, you will receive your debit card.
- After receiving your debit card, you must set a four-digit PIN. You can accomplish this using the smartphone app or by phoning the Easypaisa helpdesk.
